Want to learn Ballroom/Latin dance? Join Juliette beginning this February 11th for her series of workshops focusing on American Rhythm and American Smooth dancing! Juliette will be offering masterclasses introducing dances such as Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Waltz, and more. These masterclasses are open to dancers of all levels and ages. This is a time to
have fun, expand your knowledge as a dancer, and try something new! No partner
required. If you have a pair of comfortable, easy-to-move-in heels, please feel free to
bring them.
Juliette St. George, a JLDC alum, is a professional ballroom dancer and
teacher with Fred Astaire Dance Studios. At only 20 years old, Juliette received her
teaching certification, with over ten years of experience as a student. She now
specializes in American Rhythm. As an amateur, she was an undefeated amateur
champion within her FADS region. During her years as a student, her love for
Ballroom and Latin dances and her passion for teaching grew stronger. At the start
of her career, Juliette and her student won the mirrorball at a Dancing With The
Stars charity event for Adam’s House, after only eight lessons. Expanding her
teaching, Juliette is one of the Latin coaches for the Yale Ballroom Club. She is
now competing professionally and with her students within FADS.
